Shipping & Delivery

Most Nuan Cashmere orders are dispatched from our Hong Kong distribution centre. All international parcels are shipped via FedEx; local Hong Kong deliveries may use Hongkong Post or SF Express.

Hong Kong

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 working days): Free

  • Express Shipping (1–2 working days): HKD 120 (or local equivalent)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on exact address and carrier conditions.

United States

All US orders ship from Hong Kong via FedEx.

  • Standard Shipping — FedEx International Economy (7–10 working days)

    • Orders USD 500 and above: Free Standard Shipping

    • Orders under USD 500: USD 49

  • Express Shipping — FedEx International Priority (2–4 working days)

    • USD 75 on all order values

All US shipments are sent DAP (Delivered At Place). Local customs duties and taxes may or may not be payable on receipt, depending on US Customs assessment. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Rest of World

Where available, international orders outside Hong Kong and the USA ship from Hong Kong via FedEx or an equivalent premium courier service.

  • Standard Shipping (approx. 7–10 working days)

    • Orders USD 500 and above: Free Standard Shipping

    • Orders under USD 500: USD 49–59 (or equivalent in local currency, as shown at checkout)

  • Express Shipping (where offered)

    • Pricing and service (e.g. FedEx International Priority) will be displayed at checkout and may vary by destination.

All international orders are sent DAP (Delivered At Place). Local customs duties, taxes and import fees may be payable on receipt and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

General Delivery Information

  • All orders can be sent to an alternative delivery address (e.g. workplace), provided it is accepted by the carrier.

  • Delivery timeframes do not include “making time” for tailor‑made or made‑to‑order apparel. For these items, please allow an additional 14–21 working days minimum.

  • Delivery times also do not include lead time on out‑of‑stock items. For backorders and out‑of‑stock pieces, please allow 3–5 weeks; you will be notified when your order is dispatched.

  • During sale periods and promotions, dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual.

Duties, Taxes and Customs

If your delivery address is outside Hong Kong, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges once the shipment reaches your country. These fees are assessed by your local customs authority and are not controlled or collected by Nuan Cashmere.

  • You are responsible for meeting any additional charges for customs clearance and import duties/taxes where applicable.

  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before ordering.

  • Some shipments may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we cannot predict these delays or the exact amount of any duties and taxes due.

Tracking

All parcels are shipped with a trackable service (FedEx or approved local courier in Hong Kong). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery online.
