1. Yarn Selection: Choosing the Finest Cashmere
In the sweeping grasslands of Inner Mongolia, cashmere goats produce an ultra-soft undercoat to protect them against the harsh winter. They no longer need this undercoat as the weather warms into spring. It is at that time that this essential undercoat is combed and carefully selected and graded for cashmere yarn production. This uncompromising attention to the source of our raw material quality ensures every piece begins with the purest foundation for softness, strength, and longevity.The selected yarns are entrusted to our expert knitting team at our tailor.
2. Knitting: Crafting with Precision
After the design process for a NUAN Cashmere piece is complete and the technical specifications for the style have been decided and confirmed, it is handed off by our tailor for fabrication by the knitting team. Each piece is knitted with care and precision . Every pattern, stitch, and tension is carefully calibrated to maintain the drape and structure that defines NUAN Cashmere.
3. Production: Tailored Construction
Once knitted, each garment is assembled with the same dedication as fine tailoring. Artisans hand-link panels, align seams, and shape the silhouette with a focus on fit and finish. 6. Final Touches: Finishing & Labeling
