Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal and under the arms.

Neck: Measure around the base of your neck where a shirt collar would sit.

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, where you normally wear your trousers.

Sleeve: With your arm slightly bent, measure from the centre back of your neck over your shoulder and down to your wrist.
